Everyone over the age of 1 needs a ticket, under 1’s are free, and there is a maximum of 22 people per tour.

Sheep Walking

New for 2026, Scotland’s first Sheep Walking Experience.  After lots of hard work behind the scenes we are ready to launch our new exciting venture, Sheep Walking!

We are trialling sheep walking as an add on to a limited number of our lambing experiences, add sheep walking to your lambing experience for just £10 per booking, absolute baa-rgain! Ticket entitles all of your booking to take part in sheep walking.

ASN Sessions

We are delighted to announce that we are offering 2 ASN sessions on Thursday 2nd April at 3:30pm and 5pm.

Having taken advice from professionals these sessions will be shorter and half the size, with a max of 12 people. They won’t follow a structured tour, instead everyone can do things at their own pace (feeding the sheep, donkeys and highland cows) only coming together for bottle feeding the lambs. We will have softer aprons available and you’re welcome to bring your own waterproof gloves for touching the lambs. The tea tent will also be open throughout the session if you need some chill time.

If you have any specific needs or suggestions then please get in touch. We are open to all ideas.

These sessions are available to book through the normal booking system.

What to Expect

At Craigbank Farm, every visit is unique and tailored to provide an engaging experience for all ages.

Each tour consists of a walk round the livestock shed where the pregnant ewes are housed, along with the newborn lambs. The friendly farmers will talk you through the lambing process and answer any questions you have. From here you will visit the lamb shed where you can really get to know our sheep and lambs, there will be an opportunity to bottle feed the lambs and hand feed the sheep in this shed. Afterwards there will be the option to feed the donkeys and highland cows.

Don’t forget to bring your camera to capture these special moments. Our farm is a place where family memories are made and cherished for years to come.

There are free hot drinks and also the option to purchase cakes from our tea tent. Our free-range eggs will also be for sale.
