When should I arrive for my session?
Please do not arrive early as the previous session will be leaving and the road is single track, with limited passing places.

Sessions last a maximum of 2 hours from the time on your ticket, not the time you arrive.
Can I carve my pumpkin?
Unfortunately for health and safety reasons you are not able to carve your pumpkin during your visit, but we do have plenty of crafts to decorate your pumpkin with.
Will I be able to cut my own pumpkin from the vine?
All the pumpkins will be pre cut due to health and safety.
Is the event suitable for all ages?
Yes! Our Pumpkin Experience is designed for everyone.
What should I wear?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes that you don’t mind getting a little dirty. The pumpkin patch can be muddy, so wellies or sturdy closed-toe shoes are a good idea. We also suggest dressing in layers, and bringing a coat as the weather can change quickly. Please note there are no heated areas so dress warmly!
Is the event dog friendly?
Given the close proximity to livestock please leave your dogs at home. Guide dogs are welcome.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we have on-site parking available for all our guests. Please follow the signs and instructions from our parking attendants upon arrival.
What happens if it rains?
We are open rain or shine! However, in the case of severe weather, we may need to close for safety. Please check our website or social media pages for the most up-to-date information on closures.

Yes, we have a variety of hot and cold drinks, cakes, biscuits and sandwiches available in our tea tent.
Are you wheelchair and pram accessible?
The indoor area and tea tent are generally accessible. However, please be aware that the ground in the pumpkin patch is uneven and can be muddy, which may be difficult for wheelchairs or prams with small wheels. If you have any specific requirements, please contact us to discuss them.
Do you have a baby change?
Yes, we have a disabled friendly toilet with baby change on site.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We prefer cash but can accept all major credit/debit cards.
